What if I want to stop using ExhibitManager? Is my data lost?

There is no lock-in or proprietary data storage with ExhibitManager. PDF files are only linked to and remain accessible whether ExhibitManager is running or not. The exhibit data, i.e. the description, exhibit number, notes, links, issues, etc. can be exported to a wide variety of data formats (e.g. Excel, PDF, etc.) should you choose to stop using ExhibitManager. Even annotations that you have made in ExhibitManager can be exported by saving or printing the annotated versions of your exhibits.
